Someone will probably report your thread as spam and if it's removed, it will result in negative karma for you. For your future reference, callout threads are threads addressing/solely about another user. Sooo… If this person really wanted to get in touch with you, they could achieve that easily by simply replying to you on some other thread, or becoming a member and PMing you.
