Quoting: Whydoibother You can do everything consciously without developing nasty habits. But that's just what I think. I actually smoke plenty of weed, haha damn northern cali did that to me but I have realized that I need to either stop or at least slow down to get more clarity and have more open energy to get where I need to be ya know? What do you mean by nasty habits? I can happily say that I've broken almost all my 'nasty habits' like for one, cutting out all unhealthy foods (most importantly sugar). No gmo aspartame msg any of that bullshit haha! I also exercise almost regularly, and think positively. I have been doing the breathing exercises as to help when trying to go out of body too. I can tell I am getting close, it makes me so very excited! |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 45280226 Australia 04/07/2014 05:09 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Nasty habits. You see something you create then buy into it because you have seen it, it must be real. Whilst all that really happened is you went inside your mind outside your body. What is seen cannot be unseen so to speak. It can only be your reflection that is why everyone has different experiences that cannot be objectified. Look at the failure rate of remote viewers as proof its all a scam to buy into the system. Do not take my word for it, if you want to go ahead and experience it I am sure others here can give you better information. I do not do it myself but I have spontaneously done it a few times and there was nothing but a void for me. I did however experience a state of awareness outside my body which was aware I was also asleep. Actually when my heart stopped a few times I was aware of leaving my body but I went, nah not today and went back in. Same shit, nothing there for me but blackness. |

I totally agree with you but I am looking to accomplish this so I can do it voluntarily and consciously whenever I may, without being dependent on something like dmt to get me there. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 55394720 Canada 04/08/2014 04:44 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hello all, I have been sort of prepping myself for out of body experiences since spring has already come along. Quoting: _buttons_ Though everyone goes out of body whether aware of it or not, for what I am aware of, I have really only experienced the astral world every now and then. Once, involuntarily and with consciousness. Which was by the way the most thrilling and eye opening feeling I've ever had! For the many others were unfortunately involuntarily and without full consciousness, but I have many memories of my travels in the astral world which seem like they could be totally fantastic if I were only fully conscious and in control of my astral body! With these past experiences and the reading up I've been doing to have full knowledge and understanding of the entire practice of astral projection. It only makes me want to attempt to do so even more strongly to get the whole experience and always be in control (voluntarily and with full consciousness). So my purpose here right now, is to just ask any of you that have ever traveled out of body to share your experiences! Please, I would love to read about and learn more from you all. Especially if some of you can willingly do this and have had much experience! Any tips perhaps? Anything I should know for my own personal journeys? It would all be very appreciated. Peace and Love Astral projection tard |
