God created the food chain. Animals eat each other, some are omnivores, some carnivores, some vegetarians though I'd imagine that they consume bugs and other insects when they are found in the grasses or leaves that they eat.

Basically, I eat what I like, trying to eat a healthy mix. I try to eat organic and grass fed as much as possible.

I do believe in God as The Creator of all things. However, to address your question, what God does or does not care about is God's business. My business is to do the best I can with what comes my way. I try not to be cruel to anybody or anything, even people who are bent on acting like trolls online. What you believe or do not believe is your business, but I hope that your respect for living things extends to all living things, animal and plant included.
