You can never get the same vitamins such as B12 without eating a small piece of grass fed beef. They'll argue that you can eat beans, which is true, but the amount of beans you'd have to consume would wreak havoc on your body. Grass fed and hormone/antibiotic free. :shades: ....although that primarily makes up my entire diet. Along with a shit load of vegges. It's been that way for years. It's the key to getting lean and strong. Wow your beautiful death eating menu... the vegans are so impressed with your cannibalism.. and so are the hospitals. Enjoy your short life.
