...Grass fed and hormone/antibiotic free.  ....although that primarily makes up my entire diet. Along with a shit load of vegges. It's been that way for years. It's the key to getting lean and strong. Quoting: Lady of the Snow Wow your beautiful death eating menu... the vegans are so impressed with your cannibalism.. and so are the hospitals. Enjoy your short life. I don't need to impress anyone, let alone the weak, frail vegans. My life will be long as my anscestors before me who shared the same sentiment as myself. Your hate won't shorten my life. Enjoy being a weak loser!  What weak vegans? All the vegans I know are healthy, in shape and incredibly intelligent? Perhaps you don't know any intelligent healthy vegans? That's embarrassing for , hmm, you. Hard to meet vegans at the gym... they tend to stay away from the weights because they only embarrass themselves. By the way, skinny does not equal in shape.
