I'm not sure what you mean by this, but I was. And at 115 lbs., surviving mainly off mashed potatoes and white bread during basic, I broke the record for sit ups and consistently outperformed many meatheads. But my service is not something I'm proud of, and I'm glad I got out before being given orders to kill fellow Americans.
Meat gives brute strength but weakens endurance. Without endurance, you can't be strong for long.
