I tried to eat vegan.
My mind was ready but my body said HELL NO.
Found out I'm allergic to corn,wheat,soy and certain types of nuts.
Oh and processed sugar, damn that stuff makes me cranky as hell.

I Guess I'll just have to take my place in the circle of life.

I cannot eat most processed foods.
I found out after I quit those foods, my weight went down, my BP went down, my skin cleared up, my mental fog cleared and my joints stopped hurting. Oh and my attitude got loads better.

Not everyone can hack being vegan.
Not that they are willing to try, just you know body chemistry and all that.
