Veganism rising high...
Who here is vegan ?
Quoting: WhichisWitch I am semi-vegan i.e. I've been a vegetarian from age 15 when I quit eating animal flesh. Earth animals. I am rarely eating fish. I eat animal sub-products every now and again. Eggs, cheese. Always organic. I never caught the flu in my life. Other things but no flu. WuFlu will not get me.  No, you're not a vegan at all. You get all your essential fats and amino acids and vitamins like B12 from animal products. Which is the smart thing to do, since it's very hard to impossible to get them from plants.
