Florida Woman, arrested for shooting, killing neighbor's cat with a pellet rifle

I had a neighbor who would put his trash out, in a garbage can with a lid on it, for the garbage trucks on the proper trash day. I watched another neighbor's huge mastiff go to his garbage can push it over, and the lid popped right off. Needless to say my neighbor had to pick up trash from that dog going through it. So a garbage can with a lid isn't really gonna stop something if it really wants to get in there.

At least a lot of hunters have respect. Quick kill.

It's not like they are dragging out the animal's death.

Cats do what cats do I guess. But I blame the owners - more so those with several cats. Cats in my little village have decimated the local wildlife. They also crap on, vomit on and dig up other people's gardens. And all because we have a couple of mad cat people with 5 cats each.
Any cat coming into my garden will get a boot up it's furry behind. They are vermin. But it's the owners we need to sort out.
