I believe that the contempt charge is then sent to a federal judge for a final ruling. If upheld, Congress would be in their right to have her arrested. I'm not an attorney, but I think that is how it would go... And see how Zimmerman's face got 1000 times more tv time than Lois Lerner. I hate this world
