So, to recap for who’s listening, I said that Putin being against the spying was part of the NWO agenda, and now this video seems to suggest otherwise- that he supports the spying!
If said agenda exists like I said, then, what to make of this video? A great question!
After a little research, we find that this clip can still be interpreted as he being against the spying, because at the end he said, “We don’t spy on a mass scale”. This thread is an example:

Another title reads:
“Mass spying on citizens in Russia impossible
unlike in US — Putin”.
And the article goes on to say that:
“We have no spying of
mass and non-selective type, and there cannot be any, according to the legislation,” Putin said.
So, it seems like what I said about there existing a "two sides of the spectrum" agenda is holding water, what do you think? They are presenting the idea that Russia’s spying is fairer, after all, then USA’s. This is a key difference.
But now let’s analyze it some more. It is
fairer, they are saying. So, they are telling us that none the less spying is done, even in Russia!
How does this make sense?
Well, it is actually very simple. This is because like I said, and Ohwell said this too,
terrorists will ultimately be blamed for the collapse of the civilization. You see, Putin is hinting at that the terrorist issue has gotten so far that spying must be done, at some level. They are putting fear into humanity, telling us to think that even our fellow men, even our next door neighbor, could very well turn out to be a extremist, a lunatic. Now this is very convenient for them. Because do you think that the New world order will NOT have government? Of course it will, it will have a
one world government. So you see, for this reason the government can’t ultimately be blamed. Because in the NWO the masses will need to feel safe, they can’t fear the new system, or else they will not accept it. Thus the trigger for this war the PTB are staging (even if people do not recognize it yet) will be the usual boogeyman, the terrorists… in connection with rogue governments. And in the very end of all of this, what solution will the PTB give to solve this terrorist problem and retain governments? How will they make people believe that the new system is safter, better? Easy: RFID microchips. They will simply tell us that RFID microchips will solve this terrorism problem! “It’s more effective then spying, and like this, we can still preserve the idea of governments”. Remember that there may be a war while the RFID agenda is being pushed, so in panic people will take the chip. At first it may also be said it’s for safety, for keeping track of people. So people will feel, "ok, great, it makes sense… Yes, RFID is good". But do not be naive! This will actually make it even easier for them to control us, of course.

Tho the main thing I want to point out is that in the last 10 seconds he says: “The ultimate goal is to get everyone in this world with a RFID chip.
And if anyone wants to protest what we do or violate what we want, we just turn off their chip”.
