Yep, I've experienced them. I usually don't realize it's happening until it stops. It's not so much the vibration that gets my attention, but the lack of vibration.

You sure it isn't affected from outside sources?

I'm having the same experience. Not sure what it is yet. I do see a parallel world like this one, but i get maybe seconds of seeing that place, so I'm not sure what that is, either. I've had vibrations there too.

I'm hoping this just means we're gettin ready to move in a higher dimension. They are very intense.

It's cellular rattling...at least that's what I call it.

You know your body is made of cells. These cells are static because of chemical bonding. There's a particular structure expressed (your body) due to the bonding.

When the chemical bonds are "disrupted" the memories/awareness/intelligence contained within the cells has room to expand, and your consciousness is "rattled" (like an alarm clock abruptly waking you from a deep sleep).

While rattling you are becoming more AWARE of yourself and your "outer" environment.

Btw, I'm no chemistry expert. It's the mystic in me explaining this like this. I hope it does more to help, than it does to confuse.

I have had one episode and it happened as I was falling asleep. It was not imagined and I had never had it happen to me.
It was during my "awakening" that went on for about 5 months. It lasted about 30 sec. Paranormal things were happening too..which I believe some where form the Holy Spirit and some were from dark spirits..

During this same period..internal voices told me specific things that I believe was the Holy Spirit and in a nutshell it all jives with the Old Testiment..not the New..??

I'm not sure what that is yet, but it looks just like this place, but it's not. Some people call it the Astral World, but I don't know if that's what this is.

It's just as physical as this one, and it sucks like this place, lol.

People talk about soul traps, so maybe they just put you in a loop to keep you here by using this parallel world. Some kind of technology they use.

Yeah I think I was in a similar phase too. You don't need to eat much..and then you'll notice that you wake up fully rested after only 4hrs. But it normalizes though and millions, if not, billions of people are feeling it to varying degrees. I read somewhere that certain astrological signs will feel it even more now (Capricorns, Pisces, Cancer, a few others I can't remember) because of the planetary positions that are in your birthchart. Its interesting but not sure how accurate this all is...just open to individual interpretation the significance of all this. I think its a temporary intense experience so people shouldn't loose their minds over it. Although I'm sure some will and overdose on drugs/alcohol/sex or be suicidal/homicidal, not knowing that escape is not a good idea when these feelings are as intense..it's easier to be too impulsive and go overboard. So we should just take deep breath and focus our minds to something of benefit to ourselves and each other. Then new ideas will spring forth and you'll be in a greater sense of knowing than before...consciousness expands?

OOB experiences can cause these vibrations when you are on the cusp of disconnecting from your physical form. They can also hang around for a bit after the experience. If you are feeling these during normal everyday life that is something else connected but different from these disconnections. I have felt both at different times and have come to the conclusion that it is somewhat linked with the ear ringing linked in the earlier thread. While not all may show both of these symptoms some of us do there are other symptoms as well. All is as it should be and it is not a cause for worry either way.

I don't know about anyone else, but I feel like i'm being electrocuted...in a very good way!

Depends on how far in you go some glimpse only superficially some are actually afforded a look beyond that veil. I assure you if you can go deeper what you will find does not suck and is very beautiful.

the water in your body... like 70% of you, ripples when the energy is raised.

just like if you got shot by a bullet... you would be hurt by the penetration of the bullet, but moreover your whole body would rattle/vibrate/ripple violently because you are made mostly of water :)

About 4 years for me also. I'm not sure what triggers it either, although my last experience I think was triggered because I was working on staying in the present moment. The very first ones I had, I was doing the same thing.

Y'all just remember to make sure you're well hydrated. Also, if you have some B vitamins, take them. It's not important enough to go out and buy some - unless your body is constantly stressed 24/7 - but if ya got some methyl-form B12, now's a good time to take it.

Like water it'll help to support your body.

I think the vibrations are the souls way of trying to get out of this shithole or shitholes, at least I hope so, lol..

Not losing my mind over it at all. Just want to KNOW what it means. I feel it has been presented to me in a VERY gentle way, each time the vibrations get stronger and I progress a little more, but only in a way that I am comfortable with them. I feel as though I am being guided in a way.
