Extreme Body Vibrations

I get the same sometimes when Im meditating.
At first I thought it was an earthquake. But when I had it again and again i realized they were just vibrations. Its like the whole body is shaking from side to side. YOu are on the right track

I actually have felt them to a lesser degree while awake. I have some ear ringing but not sure that is connected. And I also believe that all is as it should be.

EVERY SINGLE NIGHT BEFORE I GO TO SLEEP I GET A FEELING LIKE IM HOPPING UP AND DOWN IN MY BODY AND I CAN CONTROL IT. BACK AND FORTH SIDE TO SIDE WOBBLING LIKE THE MIDDLE OF MY BODY IS A NODE AND THE TOP AND BOTTOM HALF OF MY BODY IS LIKE A HARMONIC. IVE BEEN ABLE TO DO THIS ALL MY LIFE.

VIBRATIONS, IVE FELT THEM ONCE. I CAN INDUCE THEM BUT THE ONLY TIME IVE DONE IT IT WAS VERY QUIET, I WAS IN A DARK ROOM, AND MY COUSIN FELL ASLEEP TRYING TO DO IT. I WAS COMPLETELY AWARE AND BOTH OF US WERE ATTEMPTING TO INDUCE AN ASTRAL PROJECTION. IVE ALWAYS HEARD THE VIBRATIONS HAPPEN RIGHT BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR BODY. WHEN I STOPPED AND OPENED MY EYES I FELT THE VIBRATIONS SLOWLY COME BACK DOWN AND I COULD SEE THE AIR MOVING IN FRONT OF ME LIKE LOOKING INTO A BODY OF WATER THAT WAS ALMOST AT REST. THAT KIND OF PROVES THAT AIR IS PRETTY MUCH FLUID HUH?

BUT YES I HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME AND YOU CAN CONTROL IT, IT JUST TAKES PATIENCE AND A CLEAR FOCUSED MIND.

I am now aware of it and observe easily when it happens.

Sometimes that happens - but not quite as strongly as you described - when I'm going to sleep. It does seem like an earthquake, at first, then you realize it's not.

Sometimes I see faces, just suspended in front of me. They seem more real than actual faces of people, if that makes any sense.

Hasn't happened in a while, except that I do think I saw a person the other night while I was falling asleep that will be in my life soon. What a blessing that was!

I was thinking about cells when I first saw this thread. I mean, we have billions of them, right? And they're alive and active and doing their thing. Maybe it's just surprising that we don't "buzz" more often!

I remember, I experienced this also some weeks ago, almost forgot.

I described it as a second heartbeat.
Thought I got a heartattack, but as I was listening more closely, I could hear out my sooth heartbeat underneath this strong vibration.

For me, it may be the first or second year. I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary, but do meditate in the mornings. The vibrations happen at night, very rarely.

I do pray a lot, comparatively speaking.

Yeah this other world is very real. Hard to tell the difference sometimes. Also, they know I know, and this person that is with me will not reveal who he is. I tried to grab a hold of him, but he got away from me. I'm hoping he's helping me, but not completely sure yet.

Thank you for sharing. I was curious: I thought astral projection was something that happened in a deep sleep? Or do you start working on it when you're first lying down and going to sleep?

Natural Calm can help this whatever it is at times I think it may simply be a deficiency.

The thread sucked. I'll just tell you what happened.

I was napping on the couch and started to feel the vibrations. I was told on GLP to ride them out to see if I could have an OBE so that is what I did. They just got stronger and stronger. Next thing I knew, I was sitting up on the couch. I stood up and felt VERY light on my feet. I then thought I heard something in my kitchen so I went in there, only I left my feet and sorta leapt into the kitchen and landed softly. Then I came back in the den and walked over to my window. I saw a dark blue background with white blobs in it in the top of my vision...no idea what those were. Then (this is really weird) I looked in the window a saw a reflection of myself behind me (actually 2 or 3 of me) I got the feeling I was looking at myself where I was before I walked to the window....like a past vision of myself. Then I was on the couch again and VERY surprised to be there.
While I was having the OBE I never once looked at the couch to see if "I" was there. I think if I had, it would have scared me and my subconscious knew it.

I've read about shape shifters and how they can only hold human form in lower frequencies or vibrational fields. The ability of the fallen angels to assume the shapes and forms of humans and space aliens, is recorded much.

If we are moving to a higher dimension, maybe the following verse from the Bible explains why.

2 Thessalonians 2:3 "except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition."

The "falling away" spoken of in this Bible verse, could be referring to the shape of an human being, "falling away" from the deceivers, ie shape shifters passing themselves off as human beings, when they are not. The sinners will be "revealed" when they can no longer hold the shape of an human being and are "revealed" in there true form/shape.

If it's the result of earth moving into a higher frequency or a higher realm, then this is good news for humanity and we should see many changes accompanying this frequency shift.

Maybe you are being prepped for stronger ones.

I also think it has a connection with the chackras...not sure what yet, but am open to it.

OP i am with you here I feel this almost every morning. Like every cell in my body is buzzing, like tiny electrical currents are running all over my body. I feel like my awareness is extremely heightened as I am paying attention with all of my senses to grasp... something. I don't know what that something is. This feeling lasts as short as a few minutes to a hour.
Throughout the day I also have static vision where I can see pulses of light/particles/energy that are vibrating all over everything everywhere all the time (this is not a new thing it has always been this way for me. some people report similar particles when looking at a bright sky) On morning when I wake up feeling "the buzz" the light particles are extremely intense, golden in color as opposed to white, and are bigger than usual. I can almost feel a "humming" they are so intense.
Definitely something unusual about all this all I know is I am riding it all out to see what happens :) Peace!

Well that's how I see it. They won't show their faces or speak now, because I'm remembering. Just not sure what this is...yet. Some people say this is how the "nazi" scientists get away with doing experiments on humans, such as cloning. It's some kind of technology they got a hold of.

The vibration I feel is not physical. It's unlike anything I've ever felt and I welcome it anytime it happens, because I think it's a good thing.
