Are you saying that the space between the plane and contrail/chemtrail varies depending on altitude?

Because if that's what you're saying, that doesn't appear to be the case.


When chemtrailing, the persistent trail starts at the engines/wings, with no space in between regardless of the altitude.

Real contrails have a space between it and the plane. That space appears to be as long as the plane or longer.
