If this thing passes, how in the hell are we going to be able to afford enough jails to jail all those colored and asian folk making racist hate speech comments about white people?!?!?  I think the answer is pay them room and board with welfare and social security, give them free health and medical with Obamacare and then prescribe them pot as medicine to sooth their feelings so they don't 'act out'. Then we don't have to worry about building jails.
