It's easy to understand why Americans can sit by and let this happen. This is the least free-thinking country in the world and also one of the most hard-working with a big income gap. That means that people are already raised not to think freely and then are thrust into a monotonous life of debt and work. Few people have the mental capacity to question the world around them, and many are just too busy trying to stay above water. I don't understand how people could do anything else by sit by and let it happen really, if you go by the context of the situation.

Officers of the law were never meant to serve and protect, look it up. That is not part of their job description. And those officers only protected and served a very select few groups of people. Now that they are turning on those people too, now people want to complain. It's always been this way. We have increased access to media now so it seems like it's more frequent, and maybe it is as poverty and unrest increases. These things go hand in hand.

Your brothers and sisters in the military signed up mostly so they could get out of the poverty cycle that exists in the podunk towns they are from. That or they are also brainwashed into xenophobia and lies about freedom. There's also the group that wants to kill and shoot guns just for fun.

Nobody in America will ever be taken from their home and put on a train, not ever. The reason why isn't because our government cares. The reason why is because our government is way way way way way too smart for such a silly and primitive plan. Why do that when they can keep us in slavery and debt almost voluntarily and to where we are completely unaware?
