My dad is a semi famous archeologist who was involved in many noteworthy discoveries in the late 60s, 70s and 80s and has taught archeology at a major university ever since. He's in the good ole boys network so to speak. He has friends personally involved in this dig and as amazing as finding this tomb is. There is an even more amazing part of this that wasn't published. My father was hoping they would put it out there. In the tomb they found artifacts that date back even further, to around 40,000-50,000 years ago. Some are metallic and some appear to be, 'advanced technology based on an unknown science' whatever that means. They are still trying to figure out what they found in the tomb before they make any sort of public announcement, if any according to my old man.
