It's always been a requirement in Utah, well at least as long as I can remember. Thank you Alabama for doing your part to reduce voter fraud. BTW - don't worry about your grammar, it is hard to take people serious correcting you on a place that spells moron as moran and many don't know the difference between these three words; two, too and to or these three words; their, there, and they're. Anyone who has been or currently employed has a ID. Most of the poor have ID's. You have to have an ID to function in America.
