Ok, itM's the full Moon, so I can go with my wacko hypothesis of what Orion really is.

It must have been a advanced civilisation, maybe an Earth from the past, but challenge with a HUMONGUS cataclysm. With super power, somehow, a great Force displaced a black hole or something else in the vicinity of this civilisation (maybe many galaxies) to stop time AND to prevent the cataclysm to happen.

So, Orion is a place "frozen in time" until the cosmos or a superior Being or Force find a way to prevent the hazard to happen, and thus, save billions or trillions of lifes.

What do you think?

It's full Moon remember! afro

Hey...why not!
You have a wonderful imagination. Ever try writing
sci-fi? ANYTHING about the Orion Nebula and what it
may or may not have been will fly with me. It is
so mysterious it is hard to wrap your mind around
it.
cheers

Wayne and I were just discussing the black-hole / worm-hole = Star-Gate a couple days ago...I have thought of this theory being/having more truth to it than the common black-hole theory...This came about after reading several articles about the magnificent black-hole located in Eridanus constellation...My theory is some black-holes are entrances into other galaxies...while others are exits from them...

I had to go to the internet to find some of the many comments made on time/space travel. They are no longer on the forum itself. Much of the other material I have is on 3 1/2 inch discs and no drive to view them. I have boxes of discs with nothing but material on galactic mapping. I honestly believe that tptb were watching us very closely and picking up everything we were intuitively saying about the nature of reality.

For the first time that I can remember, we all put everything on the table and started from scratch to understand this thing called nature. No subject was taboo, no research area was discarded, nothing was dismissed out of hand. Even the young and uneducated were invited to join in the fun. The result was very intuitive and compelling for all of us. It's sad to see it all gone. The energy was PALPABLE.

Interesting that it could be a worm hole, maybe this is why the Giza Plateau was built with the Orion Coloration, Ancient Knowledge recorded in stone for thousands of years ?

Found this trailer on GLP tonight...interesting
plot (a wormhole is discovered--see trailer)
and thought it was synchronous with the idea that
the Orion Nebula may contain a wormhole (NOT a
"black hole")

Starring Matthew MacConahey it looks to be an interesting
one--producer was same as film "Inception" (one of my
all time favorites!)

It looks a little "doomish" but that seems to be
selling movies these days!

SK I saw this and thought about your threads of DW and the Orion Nebula...This rock was found having what looks like a depiction of a nebula within it...(it is from a NO NO sight so cannot link to story)...I think this is absolutely beautiful!

Thread: ....Just a stone...Or not a stone?....
