I don't eat land meat. But I'll eat the heck out of some tuna,salmon,tilapia , crawfish, you name it!

Food, to grow it yourself or catch it is the best way for me. They feed sewage to the animals here, too- chicken crap to the cows, and vise versa. Europe banned American meat. Our meat is gross; they are not only fed literal shit, but GMO pesticide laden corn and lots of antibiotics because they are so unhealthy. I recommend anyone who hasn't, to read up on where your food really comes from. Books that come to mind are 'The Omnivore's Dilemma' and 'Fast Food Nation'. Whether or not you eat meat, eat as much organic as you can afford; otherwise you are slowly poisoning yourself. I wouldn't trust seafood too much, either, because of all the pollution in the water, especially mercury. I've heard farm raised fish are also bad because they are fed crap just like the land farm animals.
