You're doing so well in life that you have to come tell all the losers on a conspiracy forum. Way to go, champ.

OP how is the P90x going for you? Do your legs and abs hurt yet?
If real is what you can feel, smell, taste and see, then 'real' is simply electrical signals interpreted by your brain.

The question isn't who is going to let me; it's who is going to stop me.
Ayn Rand

There's a time when the operation of the machine becomes so odious, makes you so sick at heart, that you can't take part! You can't even passively take part! And you've got to put your bodies upon the gears and upon the wheels…upon the levers, upon all the apparatus, and you've got to make it stop!

Hello!
I'm after 3 days with p90x, yesterday I was working out shoulders and arms and abs. As I said before training biceps and triceps was rather good fun for me than hard work. My arms are in very good shape, I don't know, maybe because I'm guitar player?

But training my stomach muscles.. Yesterday I forced myself to complete whole 'Ab Ripper' training and today I can't do anything :D getting up from bed was hard haha! After 3 days with p90x I can tell you that every little muscle in my body is living. And this feels.. fantastic!! I can't stop smiling, I'm not stressed anymore.. my face looks better. After 3 days!!

Today is Yoga time. I was thinking 'what? yoga? what for?'. And I watched 2 minutes of the video where instructor is telling that yoga is the most important of the whole training.

I'll make a dinner, rest a little and I'll BRING IT!!

Look, I don't even care, that my english is low :)

I was living day after day without any goals, because of p90x I quited junk food, I'm not drinking anymore, I wake up early. For months I was searching for solution how to get better in life, I was reading psychology books, reading articles etc.. I didn't know that I just needed a good workout!

Man, at 27 you should still be close to your peak condition. You're young FFS! When I was 27 I was a machine.

Yeah dude, I know. I'm telling that I'm in pretty good shape but nothing spectacular. I live near the Baltic Sea, I got few minutes to the beach and the season is near. I want to look better and what's more important - feel better!!

Thanks! Don't worry, I don't care :)
I've just finished Yoga X. I don't know what to tell.. in first I thought it was stupid, why yoga? I want to look great and feel great! Not some stupid yoga..

Now, after yoga.. nothing hurts me, I feel great, I'm out of stress, something beautiful.

Again, it's only 4 days with p90x and I feel like I'm a new person, it's like I'm addicted to this now.. I threw away bad food, I sleep well!

My body for years wanted to tell my that I need some exercises. Now I remember that few years ago I was playing volleyball 3 days a week and it was so great for me. I quited it because once I hurted my finger bad and I couldn't play guitar for 2 weeks. And guitar is my life.

Friends, really, if you have troubles, if you feel bad - go for a simple walk or run or something with body activity. You will feel better in no time.

Tomorrow Legs % Back, wondering what would it be like.

One whole week (+1 day) after me. What can I say? Nothing hurts me anymore! I feel much better, I can do all exercices almost whole video long. I'm struggling only with AB Ripper X, first time I couldn't do even one exercise, now I'm doing half of them. Today I hope I'll do all.

P90X is brilliant, I recommend it for everyone!!

Sounds great OP.

I started the 21 day fix so I would stop drinking, eat healthier and stay focused. I completed my 21 days and going to start it again today.

Nice to hear that hf
Now I regret all the time I wasted on fast foods and stupid drinking. Don't get me wrong, when I meet my friends I'll drink 1 or 2 beers but nothing more. Yesterday my sister came for a visit and she said something like 'wow you look more healthy, do you work out?'. This was like +200% for my motivation. And it's only 11 days! Wondering what it would be like on 90 day!

Todays training was something unbelievable, I feel a little bit tired but also great! Everyone are saying 'join a gym!', I have a one friend who is going to gym for about 2 years.. Yeah, he looks bigger but he doesn't look ripped. All the time he is training biceps and triceps, he is forgetting about ab, backs, legs and this looks funny..

Oh guys, I feel great, I can do 5 times more push ups and pull ups!! I look better! Even I can see some abs! Muscles are bigger.

P90X is really hard.. but only first couple days, after that it's great joy to see that you can do more exercises!

Is it bad that I started to work out when I turned 27? Man, I'm still trying figure out who do I want to be, what do I want to do in my life, what's the sense of that. I wasn't in bad condition, after 3 weeks of working out I'm 3 times better though!
