Yeah, these poor cops going into springfield, westside and north west downtown, I wouldn't go there for any reason. It's about as hood over there as it can get (although parts of the westside are alright) |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 11954417 People need to stop agreeing with the police. How can they? Every TV show you watch has cops just walking in, searching, etc with no resistance from people. They .make u think that resistance means guilt. Fucking brainwashing box is killing what America used to be. I can just imagine their "logical" line: "Why would you object to our coming in if you have nothing to hide?" "I have come to the conclusion that all news should be treated like 9/11, assume it is a psyop with actors participating in a staged event complete with props, until proven otherwise, in which case assume whatever is being recorded, reported, televised, is distortions/lying by omission/outright lies, until proven otherwise." - Anonymous, 4-13-12 |

These people they are targeting are largely going to be poor - lacking the money for surveillance or other recording methods that they could use in court to prove what happened in their homes. No judge is going to take the word of a private citizen over a cop. Additionally, most people act like fools in these instances. They start getting 'disorderly' or even violent with the cops rather than just saying 'come back with a warrant' and shutting the door, which opens the door for additional charges. The bottom line, though, is even if you have constitutional rights, those 'rights' don't protect you from a bullet or a beating or a tazing at the hands of an overzealous cop. We have lost our rights in this country, and we have done so because we have demanded that they be taken away. People have always assumed that when 'other people' lost Constitutional rights in this country it was fine, as long as the rights being taken away were being taken away from 'other people'. The fact of the matter is that when you allow your government to take liberties and rights away from people whose lifestyles you don't agree with, you are setting yourself up to have your rights taken away. You set the precedent that it's okay for the government to violate the Constitution when they see fit and eventually you have no Constitution left. Well, 'eventually' is now - it's happening now. By demanding that the government get involved in what drugs consenting adults could legally put into their own bodies, American citizens have told the government that they know better than private citizens how we need to be managed. We have demanded that the government be our nannies, and now they are. I hope you people feel really safe with a government issued assault rifle pointed in your face while they rifle through your home to ensure that you are doing anything they don't approve of. I mean, it's fine, they're doing it for your own good. The public welfare is more important than individual liberties. That's what you fuckers demanded when you demanded that the government take responsibility for the choices of private citizens, so enjoy reaping what you've sowed. |

People argue that the underclass will just sell something else, but there isn't much else people want to buy and stolen big screen TVs are pretty obvious on a street corner Who knows, they might have to do honest work or starve. [link to www.leap.cc] History has shown that drug prohibition reduces neither use nor abuse. After a rapist is arrested, there are fewer rapes. After a drug dealer is arrested, however, neither the supply nor the demand for drugs is seriously changed. The arrest merely creates a job opening for an endless stream of drug entrepreneurs who will take huge risks for the sake of the enormous profits created by prohibition. Prohibition costs taxpayers tens of billions of dollars every year, yet 40 years and some 40 million arrests later, drugs are cheaper, more potent and far more widely used than at the beginning of this futile crusade. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 56941142 Precisely, Someone needs to educate people all over this world. Once you let the Gestapo in your door they are trained to look for anything for which they can bring charges against you. Don't even open your door...they interpret it as an invitation. Don't talk to Officer Friendly, not one word. They interpret it as contracting. They have no business with you. Maxim of Law: If you don't exercise your Rights, you don't have any. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 58767225 They are The Law. No trespassing signs do not apply to them. Hell, census workers are down-the-line federal workers. If you put up one of those signs they can still come onto your property (though not IN your house). And not answering the door? Wtf??! No warrant pretty much means they aren't going to knock either! Take your idiot face palm and shove it up your ass... you brain-dead motherfucker. And show me the law where it states that you MUST open your door to anyone who does not have a search warrant, and when yu are not the suspect in a "crime". If someone knocks on your door, and does not have a warrant, there is no law that demands that you must open your door. I know this, because I've challenged this before. I will talk to someone through the door, or through a window. But I do NOT have to answer my door to ANYBODY, unless I am under arrest, or they have a search warrant. One thing's for sure. You will most certainly make a perfect little NWO serf, you moron. |
