44% still Approve of the President- A Rubber Stamp Apocalypse.

After all the scandals, bad policy and outright contempt for the US constitution and the population of this country. He is just as popular now, after letting floods of illegals into our country, as he was back when he was lying about Bhangazi.

It can't be all takers and minorities- that does not explain this seemingly bewitching support for the worst president in American history.

I believe it is apathy, pure and simple. People are defeated, beat down and as long as their situation does not get worse, they approve. If their situation does get worse, they look at the people who are worse off and will still approve. Like Germans who felt the pinch of food shortages and barbarism during WW2 and approved.

If people somehow manage to improve their personal financial situation EVEN IF THEY ARE WORKING FOR A FOREIGN CONTROLLED BUSINESS- life is good to them and they approve.

Living standards disintegrate and people are optimistic by nature. As long as they are not being hurt, they will NOT speak up or be willing to fight for their fellow Americans.

Day after day people give rubber stamp approval to our leaders, while we whistle while walking past the graveyard of our buried countrymen. All the while, rationalizing, they were not true American's- not like us.

We are all guilty of apathy- when times were good for us, but may have been bad for others, We said oh well, they need to pull themselves up by their bootstraps. When people wanted long term unemployment benefits, we said, "99 weeks is plenty to find a job- these people are lazy." When people went on food stamps we ridiculed and called them takers.

But the numbers of downtrodden keep getting bigger and shame soon devours pride.

I care and speak up whenever I can. "Hey did you know these jobs are only temporary at best and we are building for european shareholders who will reap the rewards when we leave?" But people at work, could not care less. Life is good to them, new car, new i-phone, toys and possessions. No doubt, they will someday become a victim of their own apathy.
