Confirmed: DNA From Genetically Modified Crops Can Be Transferred Into Humans Who Eat Them
Shocker of an article from RealFarmacy.com

WHEN IS OUR ALL-BUT USELESS FDA going to outlaw these criminal modifications to our food supply that have already been outlawed in most European Countries for several years? How long are the mega-corporations going to be allowed to profit by doing God-Alone-Knows-What to our bodies and those of our children and their children and their children? It is time to stop rubber-stamping “approved” on these vile modified foods that may actually alter the human genome in ways we cannot even begin to guess or understand!

This is not merely putting our lives at risk, but the lives of generations to come. It MUST BE STOPPED even if it takes our lazy and largely useless congress and senate to do so!

In a new study published in the peer reviewed Public Library of Science (PLOS), researchers emphasize that there is sufficient evidence that meal-derived DNA fragments carry complete genes that can enter into the human circulation system through an unknownmechanism. (0) I wonder if the scientists at these biotech corporations have already identified this method? In one of the blood samples the relative concentration of plant DNA is higher than the human DNA. The study was based on the analysis of over 1000 human samples from four independent studies. PLOS is an open access, well respected peer-reviewed scientific journal that covers primary research from disciplines within science and medicine. It’s great to see this study published in it, confirming what many have been suspecting for years.

When it comes to genetically modified crops and foods, we really have no idea of what the long term effects will be on the public. The very first commercial sale of genetically modified foods was only twenty years ago in the year 1994.

Seriously, who do you think is going to make that call at the FDA? Margaret Hamburg, who seems to be a career appointee by the Democratic party:

Or her Deputy Michael R. Taylor, you know the former Monsanto Public Policy V.P.:

Hmm....

Good Read... I don't think this will turn out to be a benefit to mankind in the long run :(

Unlike superhero or mutant movies, if enough of this foreign DNA is introduced, could it at some point become fatal to the species? Possibly...

But... Then again... Scientists still don't know what a shitload of our own DNA is for, they call it junk DNA I believe.. So, would this be harmful, or just adding more "junk" to the mix...
