I have been having lots of memories of stupid stuff I have done in my life, bad decisions I have made. I was shown they are surfacing so I can release them, as they are weighing me down and preventing me from holding onto a higher / love vibration.

The thing that weighs most of us down are our emotional traumas and we need to figure out how to remove these to move up with the planet

Humans don't change until the pain of staying the same becomes greater than the pain it's going to take to change. I guess that's what we're headed towards.

Energy is brutal tonight. In the epsom salt bath for over an hour and still feel the energy trying to spasm in back and shoulders.
