Lay on good clean earth (grass is great) and let your mind sink in to the soils.
I love that form of grounding excessive energies.
In todays society, energy is glorified so much that excess is a good thing. But for us humans, it is not.
We use it or it can harm us remaining bottled up improperly.
No shame in dumping energy. It cleans us out and helps our production of energy become stronger, more refined.
