I know I sound like a crazy fool but,
It feels like my "soul" is trying to break out of it's fleshy shell.

It's a rough ride, hopefully it will be worth it on the long run, but for now it's just a ride, roller coasters can be scary at times.   So glad I'm not the only "crazy fool" today! I had several super intense "moments" today. This is all very "new" to me, really started to feel an uptick around Jan/Feb, I guess. The "soul breaking out" description is spot on! :) Sometimes I feel like I could just "explode", stroke out, or have a heart attack. I assume this will continue for a while yet and get more intense? That is about the time I started to feel it. I have made comments lately... 'I wonder how much more I can take?' Yes it is intense. It is building up, how much more, I do not know. Something just tells me this June-August will be an heightened experience.
