OMG the energy is crazy

I'm taking the magnesium because it was recommended together with the protein shakes I've bought.

I also want to try Tryptophan again..

Just getting anything that could do some good.

But one thing I noticed for sure again, how positive I react to the Aurum Metallicum. It's one of the few homeopathics that don't have an initial worsening. At least not with me. Works great.

There is one aid for everyone, that fits as for the symptoms and that would be called a constitutional aid. Means one probably has to take it every now and then in their lifes.

Fill yourself then send the transmuted energy back to those in power filling them with empathy, benevolence and compassion for all. Being grounded as Voltaic said during the sending of the energy helps you.

There is nothing like connecting with earth or natural things, don't you think? If you are in a city you can also use pencils, sounds strange but it can help. Also sea salt, in a bath or foot soak helps clear energy.

Let's just say that I'm a weird case stuck in a loop, nothing really helps to get out of it, and no one can seem to help because no one really seems to understand. It has been quite some ride for me, but everyone keeps on pretending as if nothing happened.

So glad I'm not the only "crazy fool" today!
I had several super intense "moments" today.

This is all very "new" to me, really started to feel an uptick around Jan/Feb, I guess.

Sometimes I feel like I could just "explode", stroke out, or have a heart attack.

I assume this will continue for a while yet and get more intense?

At the same time sleep and dream time is rejuvenating (thank goodness). Also, trying to feel from my heart at least as much, if not more, than I think from my head. But sometimes I wonder if they broadcast a "downer" type energy on Mondays. Hmmm.
