I was useless today. I get a couple of days of traditional functionality and then its back to transmuting energy. I'm still learning not to fight it and to just go with it. So much of where we go from here is a function of your own thoughts, beliefs, focus and intent. Its exhausting sometimes maintaining the high vibration frequencies. At the same time sleep and dream time is rejuvenating (thank goodness). Also, trying to feel from my heart at least as much, if not more, than I think from my head. But sometimes I wonder if they broadcast a "downer" type energy on Mondays. Hmmm.
