Been high on it from yesterday...was up 3 times last night and woke about 7:30 am...been going all day and not tired at all.

It's coming from the Earth.

The core is NOW charged plasma instead of Nickel / Iron.

Dimensions are a lot like the differences of perceivable properties between different scales, from microcosm to macrocosm, including the perspectives that can in theory be perceived on each scale and also in relation to any other scale.

For example... we live in a 3D reality and we are used to 3D objects.

But if you take some kind of brick for example, you would say it's a 3D object. You may look at a brick and see nothing more than a brick, but when you zoom in with a microscope... you will already be peering into a different dimension. And the fact that the brick is made up of intricate building blocks, which are in turn made up of even more exotic building blocks, then it seems obvious to me at least, that multiple dimensions can be viewed in the layers of how we perceive an object, not to mention they can all co-exist simultaneously, which adds even more dimensions.

Our brains are capable of perceiving far more dimensions than most people would like to think, however physically, we are "trapped" on a single scale. We cant just morph into a white blood cell and experience the microscopical scale first hand... it's highly doubtful if there would be much to perceive at all, when you're just a single celled organism. It all depends on the architecture of the organism and how much "resources" it has available to perceive and interact with it's surroundings. Microscopical organisms simply have so little building blocks inside themselves, compared to a human being, that the architectural limitations of a single celled organisms perceptional capabilities become fairly evident.

The capacity of the human brain however... to perceive such constructs or designs, to analyze them, to visualize them, along with the power of imagination can in fact give us the ability to traverse a multitude of dimensions, in the form of emulating or simulating the realities which we want to perceive or explore. Now if the brain is a processor... then the dimensions and realities that we can simulate in our heads are as REAL as the simulation that we are already living in.

The only difference is the fact, that our conscious simulation attempts of "other dimensions" are very volatile and high frequency compared to our physical bodies, as well as to the present input that we receive from our relative space in time, which is lower in frequency compared to the flow of energy that travels through our minds.

So the point being... the brain is a scary thing in contrast to the present moment, which is more in tune with our hearts. For the brain allows us to time travel and shift through different realities - past, present or future, while we are still here in this moment with our physical body.

And the saddest part is that when we get lost in the sea of paradigms and dimensions, we may forget how to find the way back home... so focus and use this energy in physical ways. Instead of looking out of your body and out of your present moment with the third eye, try looking into your body with it... ground yourself, exercise, meditate and reinforce your physical foundations, or they will not be able to support the capstone for much longer.

The reason that we're all experiencing this constant drain through our minds, is because it reflects the state of the world. The physical foundation of our society and infrastructure is unstable... meaning that also a lot of people in our world are forced to overload they're senses with this new level of consciousness that the WWW. unleashed. And as a black hole the mass of this information is drawing our attention towards itself. Without a sufficient individual foundation though, without a physical hardware "upgrade" to our bodies and to the way we treat our planet, to our whole system of infrastructure, how can we expect to upgrade our "operation systems" to be able to process more and more information? We cant... we'll just fry our CPU's and our souls will have no other option than to crawl out of our bodies and escape... for which the mass harvest is most certainly being prepared. There is no awakening or ascension to be looked for in this. Stay anchored in your hearts and don't be fooled by false light.

Try melatonin, works wonders.

Having trouble sleeping as of late as well, but that's because i don't take melatonin every night... always find it hard to wake up in the morning when i take it.

Melatonin's a hormone, yeah, guys?

It is a hormone yes, but if you read up on Wikipedia, then you may understand the magnitude of it's health benefits. It seems to even have anti-aging properties.

The main concern when supplementing with it, is to not take too often, or you might mess up your natural Melatonin production for a while.

It's good though... best 100% reliable sleep aid there is imo.
