Feel my energy? It isnt going away anytime soon...

I was going to post the same thing basically last night. Its like thick in the air, something is very off. Even my cats are tripping.

My depression the past few days is having an effect on the entire world and I am trying to figure out how and why.

It does seem like ego, if it wasn't truth. When are you going to realize who you are talking to.

I think that we're all in this together...

Human conciseness may be building energy from a collective viewpoint among many.

Ultimately ego returns to where the energy originated. It is the individuals choice as to what energy they put out. They just don't understand they will have to deal with it again.
You can stand back and watch another and see the chaotic spiral they have trapped themselves in with their returning energy. I think that is why I become exhausted around some people. They are chaotic spirals in a spiraling solar system...it is disturbing the natural flow of everyone's magnetic fields around them. And right now...lots of people are spiraling out of control. I guess that is expected when we are learning to give up ego and control.
Mercury11 reminded us to feel our way along. If you focus on the unseen and feel your way along, you know that you know that you know...if your energy is divine.

Something happened last night...

Not sure what yet cause I just woke up but I woke up puking in the middle of the night, it felt like X-rays :/

Woke up with...I don't know...enormous melancholy.
Felt absolutely fine before going to sleep last night.

Guess it will be with me on some level, for the rest
of my days, the sadness.

That's what I mean about deflecting the energy. I woke up feeling sad and tired...and then started counting my blessings. It lifted the energy off of me as soon as I expressed gratitude.

Upper back and shoulders felt like a heavy weight until I acknowledged my blessings. then it began to dissipate

Well, I dunno... sometimes for me it feels like radiation in a way.. though I don't know what fukushima radiation feels like, I can only compare it to the feeling when I talked on the phone with my smartphone...

Maybe Fukushima is worse than we think.

But for sure it's not only that.
It's like more it's on top of everything.

Arc? Can you get dead sea salts? You may be able to find them.

A couple of oil combinations that can be used.

A little goes a long way. Do not need more than 5 drops of each oil "part." Rinse off well when done.

Soothing:

Equal parts of Lavender and Peppermint.

Astringent. Will remove negativity and calm.


To enhance the energies. These are faves of ours:

1/2 Sandalwood
1/4 Magnolia (Or other fruity flower like Gardenia)
1/4 Myrhh


or

equal parts

Orange
Lemon
Frankincense
Myrhh


I have noticed in just the last month our health food chain store has doubled their essential oil selection. It has become very popular here.

We have been using them in our house for about a year now. We managed to score an old tub and being in a climate where this is possible we often take baths outdoors. Being outside makes it even more healing. Being able to see the sky.

Things are intense and I do not see it stopping any time soon. I do know that we get small breaks. They drop. We get breaks to breathe. I see them coming. But these periods will keep increasing.

I have noticed a sizable shift apart from um sheep. When shopping this past weekend we noticed how we seemed to be moving through a group of shuffling robots. It was very strong in Wally world. I don't like shopping there. Wanted nothing more to get what we needed and get out. We only do big shopping once every several weeks. The changes have been drastic from trip to trip. Drastic. In many different retailers. The customers. The clerks. EEK. Something even in the frequencies in the store. We don't eat corn syrup or as many other of the chemicals we can. Don't know. We were "hearing" stuff" that it seemed like the shufflers were responding to. Subliminal advertising. It was um strange.

Spent all day sunday in nature. Made big difference. If you can DO SO. Touch the trees. Touch the ground. Find water. Sounds hippy dippie whatever. Stay connected to her. She will carry you through.

LOL. Watch what you listen to. I remember when this came out, well they make it pretty obvious in the video. Something in the bass I think.



Sorry this be long. Just letting it flow.

Meant to add it helps to dance and sing and play...partly along to their dance but always knowing it is YOUR rhythm you are dancing to not theirs.

DNA talk is interesting. i was told over a year ago that our DNA was indeed changing for the better. To allow some of to survive this.

I did not tell you we oils very infrequently at this point. Only as needed. We do bathe on the regular. Sometimes you do need some of natures essences to help the process. After awhile you find that you do not need them and can just simply bathe and remove without them. Oils and herbs can heal what the chemicals big P makes. Less costly in both price and the proven health problems Big P's remedies cause. Most pill forms were derived from the naturals in the first place. Why take a synthetic when you can have the real thing?

HOly Carp. SUNday. Um. The timing on those. Is it Greenwich time or US time? Sunday was also intense. Fathers Day and for me personally two other milestones. It was a good day. That evening though had an outburst and got very sad.

Early in the video it looks like there is a slight kissy smilie face on the sun.

When I began meditation...I used music and fragrance. It took me a while to learn to relax my mind. I still enjoy the same technique as it is pleasurable..the memory and connection carries me thru my day so I am able to stay calm and relaxed all the time. Breath is everything...you loose your breath you loose control...agree completely

I do walk in meditation...for me it was a gradual process...I can feel energy from people when I approach them. I think the biggest lesson was in understanding I had a choice to participate in bad emotions/energy. Others who have not discovered that their breath is a barometer for how they feel emotionally... put pressure out. I finally realized I didn't have to participate.
