A smell,taste or image will help to achieve meditation. Baby steps grasshopper...everyone must walk through the mist in their own way.

Deep breathing in a quiet zone will place you there. as you breathe slowly and deeply and purposely relax your body,, and maybe raising your frequencies, you will find yourself there. It would be better to find it, that use crutches to get there. Your crutch is your BREATH. Quoting: Abinadi When I began meditation...I used music and fragrance. It took me a while to learn to relax my mind. I still enjoy the same technique as it is pleasurable..the memory and connection carries me thru my day so I am able to stay calm and relaxed all the time. Breath is everything...you loose your breath you loose control...agree completely
