A smell,taste or image will help to achieve meditation. Baby steps grasshopper...everyone must walk through the mist in their own way.

did you ones KNOW every time you quiet yourselves in a corner someplace to think something thru or just to pause your life, you are IN MEDITATION? Do not make it so hard. I am in a safe loving environment. It has helped tremendously. My wife lets do what I need to do to get through my days. Even if I go meditate 4 times in a day. And spend a lot of time in silence by myself, to be away from all the external noise. I prefer the internal while I can feel it.
