I'm feeling an energy of the melding of futuristic/other-world with history/present-day design. Think crystal, floating countertops accented with brass hardware. Modern traditional, or modern transitional. We aren't quite ready to shed those old clothes, but yet our head has been turned. It is a start. The baby has been delivered.
