The energy yesterday (Sunday) was perfect, so calm and beautiful- no wind, even the animals were quiet and relaxed. I live right on the ocean, and it was so still it looked like glass, disturbed only by ducks floating by on the surface.

For some reason I have noticed that Sundays can tend to have much higher energy than the rest of the week, maybe because most people relax and are not working, but it is definitely noticeable. Do we have an impact on our surrounding environment? anyone else notice something like this?
