Also, I truly believe all the weirdness/madness we are seeing and feeling over the last few years is because we shifted timelines.
The glitches/Mandela effects, the freaking out of so many,
our physical adaptations/symptoms, and, of course, the world-wide upheavals in politics.
It IS a cleansing, and we simply need to stay in our hearts,
in as much a state of grace as possible, as the new timeline continues to clean up the debris, clear out, streamline.
Focus on the beauty, the present moment, and keep your frequency up.
(I am telling myself this as much as anyone!)
