I can get 5 hours of sleep a night at most unless I use sleeping pills, but won't do that any more.

I feel vibrations and hear LOUD humming of multiple tones and use white noise at night to sleep (but can now even that doesn't completely cover the humming)

For the past 7 months I've been seeing the same numbers over and over again dozens of times a day every day. Something will turn my head and my eyes will dart to these numbers if they're in my environment somewhere.

What I wonder is if it's not just energy coming in, but from us as well. The brain and heart give off electromagnetic energy, so what would happen if several of us were to get together?
