KP index has been very low. Cosmic rays coming through stronger than any one alive would be able to remember. Talk in the spiritual podcast world about portals being opened. Barriers being removed. Yes it is intense. Different.
Stay grounded while allowing yourself to receive the incoming frequencies. There are downloads coming through regarding the nature of our origins. Helping us to remember from pure source, not any thought forms created by man over the last several thousand years.

We are facing our unmasked selves. Our dark sides. This is going to be very difficult for the majority. Some of us have already faced our dark sides and worked through it. Been working through my shadow for a long time. I feel like it comes in waves, and sometimes I feel I have resolved/cleared an old pattern and then it pops back up...deeper cellular resonance cleaning. I feel these cosmic energies are doing just that, they are drudging up the OLD SHIT that is so uncomfortable, but has to happen to heal and move out of the frequencies that are being emitted by our DNA. Time has come up for me since Saturday. I had a very lengthy conversation with someone about time loops and timelines collapsing. I shit you not at dinner someone came up to me and said "times UP" out of the blue. I have never felt so much like I lived in the matrix as that moment. Since then it feels like this are standing still. Today has been one of the longest days ever.
