I'll need all the strength I can muster. After being in the fog of very strong pain medications over the past 10yrs I have decided to forgo all the narcotic pain meds that I have been on and endure whatever suffering I must endure! I have also decided to start a Chronic Pain Support group in my community so that I maybe able to help others.I have my families support and with that and my faith maybe I can do some good in this world. A person only goes around this life once and I hope through good deeds I can make a difference.. I will need all the strength and courage that I can pull out of my hat. I tell you all this because the friends here on GLP are the only friends I have at the present. All my so called friends always have an agenda, so I chose to separate myself from them. I'll need strong words to hold me up as I accomplish ridding myself of the demons (meds)that trouble me! Thanking you in advance Guitarguy55 Guitarguy55 The Breaker of many a G-String!

I am taking my life back from the meds that have ruined a great part of the last decade, they have caused many trials for my family I have put them through so much that my life is many shades of regret!! I expect no one to understand. There comes a point in ones life that you have a moment of clarity no matter how brief that moment is that tells you that change is in order. There are days I tell my husband and kids "I'm sorry, my knees are bad today and it makes me angry" because ultimately I take it out on them. I catch myself and correct it because I am always on the look out for it. Making the best of life means making the best of life for your family too, and my family is wonderful! You can do this.

The powder in water kind is really good. You can also get it in oil to apply topically. Soaking in epsom salts (magnesium) too.
