I don't remember where I heard or read it but I remember some of the "retaliation" that Iran (I know that's not ISIS) suggested they would do here in the States. If ISIS goes active here it's going to get scary and nasty and FAST. What I remember from the Iran thing was they'd activate sleepers and go after grocery stores and school bus stops. I can tell you right now that if someone did the latter (thank God school is not in session) there would be a week or so of crippling fear, after that if you weren't black, white, or maybe Latino you can bet the backlash would be really strong.

Anyway, I'd think it'd be best if we took the treats at face value and heighten the awareness tomorrow. Like take back roads if you have to drive around, avoid the typical congestion areas. I'd suggest staying in tomorrow, no movie theater, no restaurant. If you do have to go to the grocery store or gas station go somewhere you are very familiar. In other words I'd avoid high populated events, population choke points, or places that would incite the highest levels of fear. They don't actually have to do a lot to cripple everything. They hit something that everyone HAS to do, like grocery shop, and do it in many different places and you're looking at mass panic / fear, and that shuts everything down.

Be alert. And if you're one to always be alert, be even more alert tomorrow.

I was hinting at your point last night. You are exactly correct. If they did some shit I think they could be effective in causing mass panic and fear for a week or so, possibly up to a month. After that, if they kept doing acts the people of this country would begin to take the situation in their own hands, and if you're not clearly white or black watch out. The People will have you marked. The masses wouldn't discriminate either. The police and government would have a very difficult time controlling the masses after some time.

I read those tweets and wonder how much is from a legitimate source and how much is propaganda provided by the government. If our gov has an agenda they have the psychological advantage over us in some ways.

The leader of the extremist group that has overrun parts of Iraq and Syria has called on Muslims around the world to flock to territories under his control to fight and build an Islamic state.

In a recording posted online Tuesday, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi declared he wants to turn the enclave his fighters have carved out in the heart of the Middle East into a magnet for militants. He also presented himself as the leader of Islam worldwide, urging Muslims everywhere to rise up against oppression.

The audio message came two days after al-Baghdadi's group, the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, unilaterally declared the establishment of an Islamic state, or caliphate, in the land it controls. It also proclaimed al-Baghdadi the caliph, and demanded that all Muslims around the world pledge allegiance to him.

I was having a lot of trouble posting earlier, but I wantd to ask does this mean that the Islamist here (US, UK, Sweden, etc) are going to go join his califate, or does it mean this is already his territory, or does it mean that they will stay here and try to turn the west into his State? Or does it mean that this is just another big old diversion?

So a U.S. trained terror organization came out of nowhere basically, and has managed to do a horrendous amount of damage to life and property.

I understand that to be true but, I find myself wondering what the true agenda is here. Is this to instill fear in us through this ISIS group? Is it to instill fear in us to further an agenda based here in the U.S.?

What's difficult for me to believe is that a terror group organized this quickly and has for the most part successfully accrued a vast amount of money and was/is armed and organized to the teeth.

I just can't wrap my head around this fiasco.

I saw a headline that all the big national intelligence agencies didn't have a clue.

This, along with what you have posted above, is too far fetched for me to believe. I am more likely to believe "paid for by you know who"

Just to take the heat off all those illegals that are getting bussed in, is my take on it.
