In dealing with the courts and public servants there are several things you need to be clear on.

1. Tell them you refuse to contract with them and that forcing contract on you will void the contract. This is a maxim of positive law.

3. Tell them that Code is not Law and you do not consent to the Code and thus the warrant is unlawful. To not quash the warrant immediately will result in a $10,000,000 x7 fine per established common law procedures.

4. Tell them all of this and the fact that there is NO INJURED PARTY means that anyone who continues to seize property, harass, threaten, and write unlawful warrants will be held personally liable and will pay a price and will result in a $10,000,000 x7 fine per established common law procedures.

5. Tell them if they continue to ignore maxims of law with the intent to profit off of you that they will be penalized $10,000,000 x 7 for each occurrence per established common law procedures.

6. Tell them you do not authorize jurisdiction in this matter to them and therefore now... they have none. This is now a de jure common law matter and thus has jurisdiction over de facto proceedings.Once you Notice them, via fax with this new status and standing information of yourself to them... If they don't adhere to your wishes..... I have the next step, a default process, to send them a Liability Notice,Terms and Condition, and Schedule "A".
