i used to make those in mason jars. they have to watered tho. there's lots of tiny little ferns and things in the woods that grow really good in them.

Brings back memories of terrariums. My aunt had one in the early 70's. It was larger than a 5 gallon bucket. Went back years later (over 20 years) and it had sure filled in.

I hope terrariums come back. It had a large stand, and you could put it anywhere you wanted since you could see the plants through the glass from any angle. I think it was kind of a tall but rounded at the bottom shape.

Very cool, op. Thanks for posting and bringing back some treasured memories.
