1 lb of Baking Powder (I don't store for LTS as it doesn't have a long shelf life, 6 months to 18 months only.)

1 lb of Baking Soda (this needs more also for cleaning, brushing teeth, as a deodorant, lots of uses)
5 lbs of Salt (You need iodized and plain or canning salt for canning and preserving meats - so plan on more - 20lbs)

0.5 lbs of Vinegar (I think this needs increased to 1-2 gallons per person for canning and cleaning. You also need several gallons of apple cider vinegar - like Braggs which is unprocessed and has what they call the mother. You will use this to make elixirs for flu and colds)

Black pepper (whole lasts indefinitely, just remember a pepper grinder)
Onion/Garlic Powder
Chili Powder
Cream of Tartar
Corn Starch

To make 1 tablespoon of baking powder:
2 teaspoon of cream of tarter (shelf life = indefinite)
1 teaspoon of baking soda (shelf life = indefinite)

There are places in the American west where the closest neighbor is miles away. Unfortunately I can see several houses from where I am. I will be moving, permanently, to my bug out location. If there were no trees, I think there would be a couple of houses within sight. With the trees, you can drive right by my driveway (about a quarter mile) and not see any signs of a building. There are two streams, fed by natural springs, on site. There are three orchards, and lots of room for the dairy goats and poultry. Lots of room for gardens, even without the corn fields. The only place where it can be seen is from my in-laws feed lot. I think I can get away. The only draw back is the internet access is by satellite. The down links are great, but up links can be a bit slow.

That's what I can eat. To survive you need to build social structure, a market. Then you trade up and work to the point. The women in huts in places with their family, 50 pounds of grain, 50 pounds of beans...then they hunt and barter. Hoarding never works in desperate times especially in a military controlled place, because they take it over anyways. They'll kill you for food.

If you have structure in civilization you don't have to devolve to primal violence. Pathetic the young guys that think you have to, they are going to retire to prison or the grave.

Unfortunately, I will be going down the hill to be where I need to be. You can't grow much here, the ground isn't very fertile, and it's too dry. My bug out location is surrounded by some of the best farm land in America. I can feed all the animals without having to depend on the feed store. More importantly, the water bubbles up out of the ground and makes streams that run through the property. It forms two lakes, with fish. For SHTF scenarios, it doesn't get any better.
