I'm sure I'll be called a shill for this, but I find the idea of this being planned much more heartening than the more likely (in my opinion) option.

Something really bad is happening in South America, no one planned, the government was warned if an influx, those fleeing whatever is going on are finally showing up. It's just interesting that more often they are referred to as "refugees". That word carries a certain weight and hasn't been used much in the illegal immigration arena until now.

US Military can wipe out the CIA created ISIS in no time unless the military is occupied with a natural (aka...manmade) disaster or fake pandemic crisis.
