" I Noticed Something Odd Yesterday, late afternoon

Watching the live Old Faithful webcam yesterday afternoon,
I noticed something odd. They had the camera zoomed in on
a distant geyser behind Old Faithful. Normally, the boardwalk
is a safe walk around the geysers all of the time. However,
people were blocked and clearly hesitant to sprint past a
particular geyser, as it was spewing fast and erratic streams
of hot water, gushing all over the walkways. I watched as
people stopped and you could sense they were timid about
continuing, gauging whether or not they would get suddenly
sprayed with constant streams of boiling water that was
launching non-stop. Where as Old Faithful does it's show in
a matter of a few minutes and quiets down, this geyser was
not stopping. I do not recall seeing this happen before,
or they would have not erected the pathway so close to the
geyser. Something may have changed recently in the waterway plumes. "
