1) what "kind" of lawyer should I be looking to talk with? IE. what type of law should they have studied? I assume not every lawyer knows about this stuff but I'll drive around to meet with various individuals just to understand how this works.

2) can a sovereign still use FRNs and hold a bank account?

3) can I check the balance of my BC bond without becoming a sovereign? Or do I need to reclaim my strawman before being allowed access to this financial instrument? I'm curious to lookup the bond number just get a value and prove to my family this is 100% real

Since your passport derives its power from your Record of Live Birth you may send notice to both governments you are traveling to another country and expect there to be no issues. When you are a sovereign the government works for you.

Talk to a Lawyer who is familiar with statutory court and Queen's bench. Statutory court deals with the corporate policies of a corporate entity. Queen's bench is where you take the government to court for abusing your rights. I highly recommend researching Dean Clifford's methods on Trust Law and then confirming them by talking to a lawyer so you have more confidence in court.

I am not well versed in the banking aspect of sovereignty as I focus more on self representation. However, to my knowledge you may contract with the bank if you so decide to. You may set terms to where you do not consent to paying fines and fees at the cost of not receiving benefits (which are not worth it anyway.)

If I were you I would talk to a banker and ask them questions about how federal/state regulations impact your relationship with them then explain that you are not within the jurisdiction and would like to privately contract with them to simply hold your money. Sometimes you have to go to the higher ups in the corporation to get the answers you seek, even then you may have to deceive the higher ups into giving you answers at all.

I hope that answers a majority of what you wish to know.
