My thoughts...

The Rainbow is representative of God's promise.

I believe the colors represent the Twelve Tribes as well as a future DNA upgrade that consists of Twelve Base-Pairs (i.e. Twenty Four Elders).

Naturally, Iris as the Rainbow Goddess, would be the opposite version. A man-made version of God's Promise.

The Caduceus is a DNA symbol...

...and affirms who she is and what she's about.

The Gay agenda is about getting the lost acclimated to the pagan version of the Rainbow (again, false promises).

Anyone who travels to the underworld and into the Sea (think Beast rising out of the Sea) is surely not to be trusted.
