I keep hearing these stories of people posting important info and then getting banned... I wonder which GLP mod is responsible? Obviously they aren't on the side of truth.

This article didn't mention a few things such as pesticide contamination in all fruits (pears. cherries, apples, plums peaches etc etc) which is likely one of the bigger causes of nerve damage. Also wine contaminated with pesticide/flouride/arsenic.

The Truth is often painful, Ignoring the Truth can be Deadly.

I have gone back to a basic diet of veggies, fruits, seeds, nuts, olive oil and coconut oil. Freezer full of blueberries, strawberries, bananas, coconut meat, pineapple, mango, herbs and greens for daily smoothies.

No bread, dairy, meat or commercially produced junk food.
I avoid soy and corn.

It takes time and effort to prepare and cook from scratch
but if you value your health you have no choice.

I forage for wild edibles, grow some of my own food,
dehydrate flax crackers, herbs, kale chips, etc.

If I want chocolate I make my own. If I want something
sweet I use local raw honey.

I include superfoods in my diet, when you get real nutritious foods you do not crave junk food. Junk food
is full of fat, sugar and salt, full of calories but no
nutrition.

I get an organic fruit and veg delivery box each week
to avoid the supermarket onslaught of boxed, frozen,
canned and packaged junk food.

Junk food producing companies do not get my hard earned
money, I refuse to support that system.
