I bet that, due to the quantum nature of everythign these things are ALWAYS changing, we just write a lot of it off to "human error" which no doubt some are, but some, like the recent berenstein thing, and mandella dying and that notebook dude dying and other things, such a vast number of people CAN'T remember WRONG information or information that NEVER WAS,
