There's thousands and thousands of people w/ TS access who think they are doing the intelligence intercepting for surveillance / control / analytic purposes.

It's not at all.

Imagine the world around you really isn't at all what you see. Not like the matrix, but imagine another plane on-top of this one. Much like a 2D world cannot see the 3D space, we cannot see spaces above us.

There's been secret growing community for the past 50 years. Figuring out there's multiple versions of our reality, and forces unknown to us have the power to kick us around, from one time line to another.

People have the power to create reality, and shift their entire timeline, entire histories of people, with their free will.

This only exists under the right conditions. Having documentation, evidence, controlled observation will limit the ability to create a reality outside of the one being observed.
